"Stayed here for the location and the fact that it was dog-friendly. Otherwise it’s a little outdated, decks were covered in pigeon poop, and the bathroom smelled like cat pee."

"Easy to get to. Room was adequate but trains went by all night, which was loud and the blackout curtains didn't do any good because the track they were on didn't span across the window. The only curtains that actually covered the window were sheer. Between the lights from the parking lot and the noise from the trains, it was hard to sleep. There were also insects in the room (I counted three plus a small spider)."

"Reserved an ocean view room and got partial view. The pool and hot tub were down upon arrival and my disabled husband was miserable due to not being able to get any relief in the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the reason we chose this location. The bathtub in our room didn’t girls water. The staff was amazing. The fact that we paid full price for a hotel and could not access or use all the amenities that we paid for is disappointing and a waste of money. We will not be staying at this location again. "
