"Everyone was nice, we had a peekaboo view from our balcony. When we arrived our door was open and the cushions on the couch were on their sides ( like perhaps they had been cleaned) it did not smell fresh in the room. We aired it out and all was fine."

"Beautiful views from the balcony of the room. Room was spacious. 2 complaints. 1st which was more of an annoyance was construction being done during stay. I understand things need to get done so more of an annoyance since that was beyond their control so they could update hotel. Was previously informed AFTER I booked room. Just wish they would have discounted room a bit because of it. Only real complaint would be the beds are super hard and uncomfortable. Besides that it was a great location...

"I've been holding off on reviewing as I had a problem, reached out to the property trying to get some satisfaction and they have not responded. So I'll start on responsiveness with a zero. The room wasn't very clean; stains on the bedding and a lampshade. The shower had terribly low pressure and made a horrible whining noise when used. Despite verifying the pool and hit tub were functional, I went to use them during operating hours only to find the hot tub had been drained. So what did I pay...

"We had such a good stay! Thank you"

"Wallpaper coming off the walls. Not clean"

"We have been here before and we will return again. We love this hotel for our anniversary getaway, no kids and no pets along with the tub next to the window is awesome (in the Nautilus room we book). The ONLY thing that would maybe mark this down 1/2 a star is that while there is beach access, it is a bit of a jaunt to get there. But definitely not a deal breaker at all if you don't mind taking a walk. The view of the ocean from the rooms is great and we also love that you are close to...

"We enjoyed our stay here. The property and rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and beaches. This is an older hotel that they take great care of."

"Room was very clean"

"Very nice hotel"

"I really love staying here. Checks off all the boxes, clean, good amenities, helpful staff, quality parking/valet situation. Location is perfection."

"The room was spacious with amenities that would be ideal for longer stays. Breakfast was served with many options for any dietary needs. My husband loved the cookies! There were EV chargers, which can make or break a road trip, especially on the coast. I didn’t need them but it’s great to know for future trips. The stairs up to our room were steep but we managed. The fireplace would be ideal in colder. The bunnies on property made us smile with their antics. Staff members were very friendly and...

"Property is nice, staff were great. Screen door to balcony let bugs in, but otherwise a great stay."
