"The hotel is in the heart of downtown toronto so there are plenty of things and amenities to explore. One issue I have had was the toilet in the morning does not refill water in its own tank (plumbing issue?) so once you flush, that's that. "

"Beautiful hotel. Really nice staff. Clean modern hotel. My only thing is the rooms a really small. I stayed with husband and two kids and it was cramped. But otherwise great location and great stay."

"Very nice room - bed was comfortable and room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Property was very nice and felt very safe, and was within easy walking distance to lots of tourist attractions downtown. Definitely would stay here again. "

"The room was very nice and recently renovated. Bed and bedding were comfortable. Our AC and heater were very loud (70 decibels) so when we got to our room at 11pm and realized it we decided it was too late to deal with it. We turned the heat off but woke up at 5am because it got too cold. Water pressure was also not the best. I’d take a gamble and stay there again for the view and the boutique vibes of the hotel. "
