"I am handicapped. Because there was paving of the parking lot their water truck parked in handicap spot. Most parking was taken by yhe construction crew. When I complained to staff. I was told they were staying in the inn. The water truck was not handicapped! I had to park in furthest spot behind the inn and walk through the entire place to get to my room. "The staff here were very lovely and helpful and doing their best. The tv and WiFi didn’t work properly and cut out constantly. The hotel was quite run down and dingy, and the halls were noisy at night with people having loud conversations right outside my door. Still, the staff were really nice and trying to deal with a lot. This is a huge hotel and there may not be enough staff to manage everything."
