"On two seperate occasions i sat and watches kids dipping hands in food and sauces to taste them. I have never heard no more in my life at a RUI resort. They acted like anything was an inconvenience. It was at best like 50% capacity and now i know why. They acted like asking for an extra towel was blasphemy. Even after renting the v.i.p lounger still no more then 1 towel. No room service but they do offer 8 hour old hamburgers and hotdogs sitting in a "sports bar" if you want cheap and poor...

"El hotel es bueno,solo que no te dejan consumir bebidas que tú llevas,para otra ocasión solo reservaría el hotel ya que el desayuno está súper malo,los chilaquiles sabían a puro aceite malo,el 10 de mayo tuvieron evento y ya se imaginarán el montón de gente que había!las albercas muy bonitas y en general te atienden bien pero los de el área de bar y restaurante esos si no,los demás en el lobby muy atentos!!!"
