The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. While the location on the south side of the lake is a bit tucked away and takes more effort to reach, it is surrounded by a vibrant old street with plenty of life and things to do. "

Also we book two room, heating was working properly in one room, but the other has no heating working at all, and sink does not have hot water too. Bed was not clean, towel is broken."
