Hotel Marco Polo

10/10 Excellent

"Marco Polo surprised me with how well designed and large the rooms are. The staff are outstanding and the cooks are very good. The food is outstanding with many local cuisine that tasted great. I will stay again at this Hotel and highly recommend it to other."

Hotel Aziza Thalasso Golf - Adults Only (à partir de 16 ans)

8/10 Good

"Si vous faite partie d'un tout inclus on vous donne beaucoup d'attention et de service, mais si vous êtes en demi pension comme ils disent ont vous ignore pour le service ,on vous surveille voir si vous avez payé vos repas comme si on étais des personnes malhonnêtes . Mais pour le service au chambre très bon service et les personnes a l'accueils aussi. Malgré cette inconvénient nous avons passé 2 belles semaines"

Royal Tulip Korbous Bay Thalasso & Springs

8/10 Good

"We visited end of October. So colder season yet the outdoor pool wasn’t heated. The indoor thalassotherpay was extra charge which would be fine except it didn’t give you access to all amenities. You had to pay for every single thing rather than one entry that covers the whole stay. The entry was timed as well. And no discount for hotel guests. Location very secluded. Nice in a way but also Ken’s you are stuck there with not much else to explore. Walking/ hiking outside the hotel didn’t seem an option despite the lovely nature surrounding it. Not sure I would recommend for sightseeing like us but I can see how it’s a nice retreat for locals from the capital who escape for the spa and ambience."

Hasdrubal Thalassa & SPA Hammamet

8/10 Good

"The hotel is huge and at the end of October it was mostly empty even though the weather was fine. Rooms are generous in size Breakfast has multiple options and it is served on the terrace in a nice ambiance Mature plants everywhere Swimming pool outdoor felt a little cold , not heated though I did not try the indoor ( sea water) Beach is private and well attended by staff Reception staff could be more friendly and smile The property is fine but a bit dated and I wouldn’t call it luxurious"

Steigenberger Marhaba Thalasso

8/10 Good

"This is a good hotel that is having trouble keeping up standards. The staff are usually very helpful, and the beach is one of the best. However, so many small things were annoying. Even as we arrived, the receptionist had written down our room number ambiguously in a way that caused us and the porter to go to the wrong room. The first few days were hot even by Tunisian standards and the room air conditioning could not cope. It was always too loud, but at least was fine as the temperature dropped. Food smells were strong from the balcony or the halls. The shower door allowed water to flood out after use - this was fixed after we complained, but proof of poor maintenance. Our room card stopped working after exactly seven days - even though the hotel knew how long we were staying. If their policy is just to grant seven days access they must tell us surely? One of the most annoying things was the ATM never worked for us, or anyone else. This would be no issue in many places, but the Steigenberger is isolated and needs a drive to get to a working ATM in the town. The basic standard of the food was fine, but there was a lack of actual Tunisian food in favour of bland euro stuff. Unforgivably, there was no decent coffee - only instant Nescafe - completely unforgivable in a country with good coffee, For this reason alone, I won't return. We think the small beach restaurant gave us a stomach bug from hygiene problems. These could all be fixed, but limit your stay until then!"
