"Property has the best beach on the Mediterranean Sea has many activities for adults and children . A couple of misbehavior and rudeness from 2 staff members but management took care of it. Overall perfect stay"

"I had a wonderful stay at Palma Bay Rotana Resort and would happily rate it 4.8/5. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The resort is beautiful, clean, and exceptionally well maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere that's perfect for a getaway. Our One-Bedroom Suite was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh, delicious options, and the resort's facilities were very good. Whether you're looking to unwind by the beach or enjoy the many amenities, Palma Bay Rotana delivers a fantastic experience. The only reason I'm giving 4.8 instead of a perfect 5 is that there are a few minor details that could be improved, but they didn't take away from what was an amazing vacation. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. I would definitely recommend Palma Bay Rotana Resort and look forward to visiting again!"

"I stayed there for 5 nights in July the high season . The place was booked solid. They gave me a room overlooking the parking lot of the Hotel. When I asked to change the room they emphatically refused. I told for what I was paying which is higher than any other hotel in top seaside destinations I expected a better view than a parking lot! At least a garden , a pool or a partial sea view. The next day they said a room was available at an upgrade fee of $150. So please make sure when booking you are not booking the Marassi view. A very misleading name. Also their breakfast was average at best and ends at 10:30 for a vacation spot that is two early. But the rooms were clean and staff were helpful except for the room change issue."
