Historic Hotels in Maryland from AED 383

"The hotel itself was okay. After calling 5x's with no answer house keeping did finally respond to my request for an extra blanket and a set of towels. 2 hours later they did bring it to the room. I went to take a shower that evening the water was cold. I called guest services and maintenance showed up made an adjustment where it was now lukewarm. I was just like whatever, its better than it was. BTW the maintenance guy was excellent. Then we had to stare at a pile of soiled linen stacked up right across from our room for the two days we were there. I only saw housekeeping 1 time in the hotel, and that was when they answered my request. The staff was friendly overall. The expeience, I would definitely not stay here again because of it."

"I booked a suite, once I arrived I learned that the heat in my room did not work it blew cool air. I reported this to the front desk and they sent maintenance who stated they fixed it. Later that evening when I came back still not heat, o reported again and nothing was done 2 nights with no heat!!! "

"The property stated it had a rooftop fireplace. Which attracted me to the property. But it was not a fireplace . I asked the lady at the front desk. She stated check on the 7th floor. There wasn't a rooftop fireplace. This needs to be removed from part of the amenities. "

"For a Hyatt Place in the nice part of Baltimore that this was located, it felt worlds away from what I was hoping for or expecting. Lots of things either broken or unhinged, unfriendly staff, were always lacking what I was looking for and just overall not great "
