"Hotel wasn't a great location, while quant it was clean. BUT it was very disappointed in the staff. I had message 48 hours before staying about airport transportation. I emailed and message on Expedia. It wasn't until five hours before I landed that they actually reached out on WhatsApp. Then trying to clarify how much the transportation would be.... I was never told and end up paying 200 solas for transportation."

Well maintained Property - Although the property is a bit old but is properly maintained. Rooms, corridor and lobby are always clean. "We received 2 bottles of water the first night, but apparently had to pay for the other nights waters. It’s the little things that would highlight a place, for example, why not have a place to refill your original water bottles. It would help the environment and it would be up to us to take care of that. We did request more water at reception and the person that helped us could not find more water bottles to give us; when he finally did find more water, we were told it was on him. I think he was embarrassed to charge us. Room and bathroom were clean. Although the bathroom had a lot of light switches, we could never get it bright enough, to put make up on. Hotel was ok, but nothing stood out. Reception people were friendly. "
