"The owner waa very nice...had our laundry done twice...great breakfast...over all...a great hotel in sapa"

"Hotel feels a bit dated. Amenities in the room are very basic. Water pressure for the shower is low. Good mountain view. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast buffet."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with great views. Really enjoyed our time here"

"Good staff, good location"

"Very nice hotel. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. "
