"This is a historic building, that has been very well kept. Architectural beauty, that brings you back in time but lack some of the modern comfort and conveniences. "

"Good location near train station. Clean, decent breakfast, in warmer weather with windows open it’s rather noisy until 11/12 at night."

"Sorry, really cannot recommend this property. Two star at best. Arrived late (10pm), checked in, room was 24.3C. Took help from the staff to figure out how to open the windows. Shower was horrible to use, no proper curtain or door. You end up with water everywhere. Morning breakfast was poor with the exception of the chocolate croissants. Won’t stay there again."

"The breakfasts were excellent, such a wide variety available and staff were very attentive at clearing tables, topping up etc. Great hotel, with lovely atmosphere and so iconic of the 1930's. Would thoroughly recommend for a stay in Zagreb."
