The bathrooms are a turn off. The workmanship on the plumbing is just untidy. This hotel needs a serious revamp. The walkways are so dull. It looks so dingy. "

"Very disappointed that in spite of two sets of confirmation of understanding of our arrival at the airport the hotel failed to provide a transfer, and claimed no record of our request. The bedroom aircon was ineffective, and although a technician improved slightly , it remained sub standard. In reporting these problems to reception the response on both issues was cavalier. It’s a shame because the hotel is generally an excellent facility."
