"This place is exceptional! I LOVED my gorgeous panoramic window room! The staff was super friendly, the bed was very comfortable and everything was sparkling clean! I wasnât sure about it being in the mall, but the mall ends up being very convenient if you need to exchange money or perhaps want to pick up an item you forgot! A million percent would stay here again! I even extended my stay another night I loved it so much!!"

"Room was clean and comfortably appointed. Staff was pleasant and helpful, including finding a remise service for our half day visit to the various Jesuit Missions nearby. Breakfast that was included with the room reservation offered a good selection, and the juices in particular were great (freshly made).
Location was close to the Costanera and within a moderate walk of major Encarnacion sites (about 15-20 minutes each way).
WiFi was a bit spotty, but it may not be specific to the hotel but...

"The air conditioning did not work properly, and the Wi-Fi connection was frequently interrupted. I found several long hairs in the room, likely from the cleaning staff, and the TV was also not functioning. Overall, it was a bad experience. You can get much better value for your money elsewhere.
