"The room was very clean. staff were very helpful and friendly. Airport Shuttle ran 24/7. we were able to use shuttle back to airport and pick up bus service to Dublin City Centre at a very reasonable bus fare. Airport shuttle is complimentary. There is also taxi service available The hotel is a bit of a jaunt from City Centre. Hotel had a very nice convenience coffee bar with drinks and scones etc to go or take into very comfortable sitting area. There was a breakfast sit down restaurant....

I have never had a more unpleasant room in all my life. We had a room for 3 people although thankfully there were only 2 of us. It was not a functional space. There is literally nowhere to put anything, even your own feet. The end of the bed has about 1ft of space, which is also the space you are supposed...

I had to called the desk 4 times and each time was told someone would be up. Finally, at almost 8:30 pm, someone came up to clean refresh it. "The room was clean and good size for the 1 night we stayed. Staff was really helpful and friendly as well. Only issue was that our room was the front of the building facing the main road so there was a lot of traffic noise and the curtains did not fully close to the edge so light slipped in."
