"We arrived in the middle of the night and had a smooth check in. Late check out was available and the food was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Would go again!"

"Upon arrival at the hotel, as soon as we pulled over so that I can get out of the car, the front staff banged on my drivers door and asked him to move away from the entrance. This was because apparently a VIP was needing to get in their car. The staff didn’t bother to recognise the inconvenience caused and the second class treatment. I am sure Accor hotels don’t have this kind of standard and it’s only to be seen in India. So unfortunate but I will not be using or recommending this kind of guest service to anyone. Hotel staff failed to adhere to consistent client service."
