"Very nice hotel. Staff is super friendly and tried to accomodate for all our requests. The food in the restaurant is very good and the menu rather big. Sometimes, waiting times for food can be long though. The rooms are comfy and clean. The beach is right in front of the hotel and looks great. Downside is that the hotel is rather far away from the village, so if you want to go to the village it is a long walk. "

"The property is private and gated so it felt safe and also has its own beach front access. However the room was very small for 2 queen beds. The room is supposed to fit 5 guests they gave extra mattress but there was barely any space to put the mattress, we had to move the cabinet (which is a very old and left molded wooden crumbs on the floor). The complimentary breakfast has a very small serving size however most of the staff are nice and welcoming."

"The property location is great - steps from the beautiful beach. The staff's friendliness and willingness to help were outstanding. However, the property itself leaves a lot to be desired. I had to move to three different rooms in order to find one that was passable. Nonfunctioning toilet in one room, bugs and no toilet seat in another. Single tap with no hot water, shower has small hot water heater that did not turn on, water pressure so low that the shower had a large bucket to fill with...

"We had a great stay in Aureo. The resort's amenities and the pools were highly-maintained. Beach area was walkable and kept clean. Too bad I didn't get to try their spa. And awesome customer service too from all their staff. I definitely would recommend and be back at this place."

"Amazing all around. Nearby Starbucks and McDonald's and grocery and shopping mall. Very comfortable beds and pillows, restaurant on ground floor for breakfast. Best hotel in Laoag, I would rebook over and over again. Very clean room. Staff is very respectful, and guards are posted in front. Amazing view of on the 4th floor facing the street."
