"Beautiful hotel, elegant and well thought through from the free shuttle to downtown and from the train station to the convenience store on the main floor. We stayed in a triple room and had lots of space. One of the elevators was glass giving you an incredible view of the harbour. Pillows were a bit odd but you can ask for a softer set. Kettle and AC in every room. We loved it! Stay here for sure."

"Beautiful view overlooking the river. Everything super clean, and great breakfast and dinner buffet. Location is excellent, can walk all over town and easy to get to/from train station. Be aware, the onsen is not tattoo friendly, there are others in town that allow tattoos, but this is not one of them. Regardless, Highly recommend. "

"Not a spacious room layout but beds are comfortable. Staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The hotel also has free public baths. The best thing is the location- close to everything but still quiet and comfortable. Pyjamas are also provided "
