"Amazing easy and quick check in process. The entire hotel is spotless and immaculate. The owners are so friendly and always helpful with any need you may have. I saw another room on the 2nd day had a balcony and asked if l could move into that room and it was an instant yes. And then because l liked the hotel so much l extended my stay and then moved to another room which again was no problem at all. The finishing in the entire hotel are very new. "They let us check-in early. The breakfast was nice. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. It's definitely the best hotel in Cao Bang.
The staff during the evening was very nice, however, the staff during the morning wasn't good (the girl wasn't friendly and she wasn't helpful. Her English is very basic).

"Even though the booking was confirmed and paid for, there was no room available on arrival. They said this was because they forgot to update availability on the website. These mistakes can happen ofcourse, but even though it was their fault, it took a lot of time and convincing before I got my money back. The alternative hotels they suggested where not suitable at all"
