"Wonderful and friendly staff always willing to help and accommodate. "

"Worst hotel. Deceiving pictures. Crooks! Cheating on bills. Ripped floors. Bad mattresses. Dampness in room. "

"Nice view from hotel. Food and liquor is exorbitantly priced, even higher than 5 star hotels elsewhere in the country."

"Property is very rundown in the halls. Carpet needs to be replaced. Bathtubs need to be replaced. The price they charged is what Marriott charges in the USA. This place at best is maybe 31/2 star. Staff is very friendly and courteous. "

"We loved our stay at the hotel because of friendly staff and excellent location on the Mall"

"Beautiful property. Clean spacious rooms. Can plan a two day trip to this place, which would include a day trip to Shimla. Kid friendly. Housekeeping is slow, very slow. Rest all was good. "

"Very good place, calm, good for families to relax. I got room with view of the valley, could see Sun rising. Stay was comfortable, service very good. Breakfast selection is also excellent with lot of options. Nice spa. Has Gym and travel desk too.Staff is very much supportive. Wifi is available in lobby."
