"Our experience at this hotel has been truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived in Egypt, we felt welcomed, cared for, and at home. Traveling to a new country can sometimes feel overwhelming, but this experience made everything so much more special and comfortable for us. I especially want to give Ahmed the recognition he deserves, because he played such a big part in making our stay memorable. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality went above and beyond our expectations. He...

"Het uitzicht van op de rooftop is fantastisch, je ziet van het terras de 3piramides en als je de plaats weet, ook de sfinx. Het is een opstartend hotel met een heel jong team, ze weten het soms niet zo goed, maar zijn wel bereidwillig. Van zodra Ali(de manager) er is dan loopt alles een beetje vlotter. De excursies aangeboden door het hotel waren heel goed met Nader als heel goede gids."

"Food acceptable. People work there are nice. Except one receptionist and general manager. He is thieves. Offer me round in pyramids cost 800 pound. While it cost in real 200 pound. Also we paid 50 dollars for one night. When we arrived we found no window in the room. And you have to pay another 50 dollars to have room with view on pyramids. "

Therefore, you can imagine how easy it is for anyone to enter the correct code and gain access to your room at any time. The hotel is also staffed by dishonest and immature individuals. On the fifth day, the power went out, providing an opportune moment for one of the staff members to enter my room and...

"Muy limpio la habitación y el personal muy amable!"

"Great location for view of the GEM + Pyramids in the distance - without the price of the Steigenberger Hotel. Don’t be fooled by the front as you approach. Very friendly staff! Our room was nice and clean, our bathroom was large, and the rooftop patio is is lovely with nice music playing. Food is prepared one dish at a time so plan to wait awhile. A nice served breakfast (not buffet). The beds was on the hard side for us and the pillows could be better but that wouldn’t keep us from staying...
