"Staff service is excellent, staff are able to communicate in English with me. I require to store luggage’s for one night and re-check in for four more nights, they are able to store the luggage’s for us. Breakfast is exceptional, variety of choices, soup and hot food are very nicely cooked and prepared. Definitely a 5 star hotel."

"Lovely resort hotel . Our room was enormous, the pool was relaxing and breakfast was amazing - so much choice and all really fresh . It’s a bit out of the city but there are local buses and train on the doorstep and a free shuttle bus too. We came to see Fukuoka and have a rest from Tokyo . The hotel was great for both. Only downside for us was no vegetarian option at Dinner so we ate in Fukuoka . "
