"Great reception staff"

"My husband and I went there for our anniversary and we had a time!! The property was amazing as well as the staff. It was all inclusive. We ate when we wanted to and how often we wanted. The food was delicious. The whole atmosphere was wonderful. 10 out 10 I recommend!"

"Lovely place to stay"

"Large room. Good for big groups. Washer/ dryer in room. Shower not very clean."

"Nice place for kids. Direct access to the beach"

"We had such a wonderful stay here! Being right on Sunny Isles Beach made the trip feel like a true getaway. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and a great place to relax after exploring. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back again!"

"Overall, our stay was okay, but we were very disappointed that the slides were closed due to maintenance.I booked this hotel specifically for my kids to enjoy the slides so finding out they couldn’t use them was a big letdown. My son was so upset that he cried. I also found the extra costs expensive: parking was $31 per day, and the breakfast buffet was $24 per person. Considering these costs and the unavailable slides, the experience did not meet our expectations."

"The carpet was very wet through out the whole room. There was a lot of hair still in the drain but it was a nice hotel and a beautiful view."
