"The way to get to the place is dirt, you have to be very cautious and slow. They did not respect the reservation of a double room and they gave me a single, they commented that they had problems with Expedia / Oyo, which I do not agree with being the one affected and even so they did not offer any refund for changing rooms or a note of having paid in the place (they only accept cash and they wanted to charge me more than the reservation). The place in general needs cleaning in the common areas...

"We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was quiet and so relaxing. Everyone needs to upgrade and have the chilaquiles. I had the green ones and my husband had the red, both were great. Also a nice place for a wedding. They have the area for the reception and the garden was beautiful."

"I love this place. My partner and I decided to spend new years here. Theres so much to do in the Valle but we just wanted to get away and chill in front of a fire. Our cabin did not have a fire pit but the hotel supplied one right away since we were spending the night in. They even provided firewood! I brought some of my own but it sure came in handy since I was chillin outside for 6 hours. Shout out for Alfredo and Carina for the amazing service. "
