"Miguel Garrido was an outstanding tour guide and truly made the entire experience unforgettable. From the start, he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about making sure every guest had the best possible time. Miguel went above and beyond to make the tour special. He took the time to answer every question, shared interesting details and stories, and made sure everyone in the group felt included and comfortable. His enthusiasm and passion for what he does really showed throughout the entire experience. It’s rare to find someone who puts so much effort into making sure guests are happy, but Miguel absolutely did. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made the tour not just informative, but truly enjoyable. Thanks to him, the whole experience felt personal and memorable. If you ever get the chance to take a tour with Miguel Garrido, I highly recommend it. He’s a fantastic guide who clearly loves what he does, and he works hard to make sure every guest leaves with a great experience."

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. As a Black guest, I consistently felt that white guests were treated better. Making restaurant reservations was unnecessarily difficult, and even when seated, I was often served last or passed over entirely. The only restaurant where I received decent treatment was the Italian one. The food overall was poor, the customer service was terrible, and the rooms had a strong musty smell. The only enjoyable parts of the trip were the excursions outside the hotel. The most concerning incident happened the day before I left: I saw the housekeeper assigned to my room holding my bank pouch, and afterward I discovered money missing. She appeared startled when she saw me, and before I could ask her name, she quickly left and sent another housekeeper to retrieve her cart. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to Black travelers, based on my experience."
