"THIS WAS THE WORST PLACE WE HAVE EVER STAYED. WE ENDED UP LEAVING AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT. The reception staff was very rude. They couldn't find our second room and basically were dismissive, if i had not insisted they keep looking (they work off of printed reservations) they would have made us stay in one room. They were all annoyed with any questions we had. Only thing to eat in between lunch and dinner were nasty hamburgers and hot dogs. Served drinks in kiddy cups. Only restaurant available to eat breakfast lunch or dinner was at the buffet. Food at the buffet seemed to be frozen reheated meals. No fruit and desserts that looked pretty but no flavor. Rooms wer old and outdated and dirty and stinky. We all got food poisoning the first night. We tried to call reception and nobody would answer. Security finally got ahold of a nurse who told him she would come to our room since my cousin was the first to get violently sick, then my son and i followed. Nurse told us they would not give us any medicine, not even Pepto bismol or alka zelter. Our choice was to have her make us an appointment the next day or wait until the morning for their gift shop to purchase the Pepto Bismol. She suggested in the mean time for us to go to the bar and get some mineral water with lemon. When i went to the bar to ask for a can of mineral water, I was firsr denied told they could only give me some i their kiddy cup. After I insisted the bartender the can. Rediculous!!!"

"I stayed for one night at the location, which is remarkably convenient, as it is within walking distance of popular spots such as Starbucks, several small restaurants, and various shopping stores. The area feels very safe for pedestrians, with well-lit streets and a friendly community. The staff and local residents are exceptionally welcoming and helpful, contributing to a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this place to travelers seeking a convenient and welcoming environment. "

"Room was little cramming "

"The big selling point here was that it’s a beach hotel. Unfortunately that’s where the excitement began and ended. The hotel has paint peeling in the hallways as well as in the bedrooms. There’s also a very distinct smell of mold throughout the first floor hallway and within the three bedrooms we occupied. In one of the rooms we had there was blood stains on the sheets. The hotel is open air throughout so theres no AC anywhere outside of your bedroom. Even the AC we did have was not that great. The beach is nice however the waves are strong and dangerous for inexperienced or younger swimmers. The pools were not particularly clean as there were lots of leaves and bugs in the pool. There’s very little staff at this hotel maintaining the property or bringing drinks to the pool guests. In fact after 10pm or so the front desk is completely unattended until someone returns in the morning. The food here is not great. I would estimate that over 80 to 90% of the guests here are locals. So while this is likely considered a pretty nice hotel for the locals, I don’t know that many foreigners would feel the same way. We ultimately decided to leave this hotel four nights early without any refund and move our vacation to a nicer hotel located in San Salvador just so we could be more comfortable. The hotel is also located in a very remote area with little to nothing to do. Sadly this hotel was a big disappointment. "

"Clean room and friendly staff. The laundry room was a little old it took the dryer 2 hours to dry our clothes. Food was ok. "

"Need more electrical connection in the room. Walking to the room there was no lights. The music in the dining area was horrible,much rather listen to the birds. Over all i would go back and i would highly recommend it to friends and family. "
