"Avaliei no e-mail recebido: foi estressante, decepcionante, terrível!
Assim q fizemos checkin e adentramos o saguão, verificamos estar praticamente abandonado: restaurantes não funcionam (apenas um café da manhã sem opções, preparado previamente e limitado), terraço desativado até mesmo para ver as pirâmides e a esfinge, atração q está até no nome do hotel.
A pandemia não serve de justificativa, pois no saguão não havia álcool em gel e nem sabonete líquido nos banheiros.
Não pudemos sequer...
