A perfect home base for travelers to the city with easy access to metro, bus lines, and the train station - will definitely stay there again when in Copenhagen. "

"Had a great stay - staff were all very helpful, including email comms before arrival which included recommendations for restaurants/ activities etc. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, with a huge array of options to choose from. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated along the waterfront with a metro station 5 minutes away and around a 10/15 minute walk from the centre of the city. Would certainly recommend to others! "

"I really love the accommodation and facilities. This was my second stay and I look forward to staying again. My only complaint is the smoke detectors in the hubs click or tick intermittently which was a bit annoying. It wouldn’t stop me from staying there again. As the hubs are so quiet, the sound was noticeably, to me at least. I just put music on or slept with the blanket over my ear. "

"Renlighed i top. Senge og badeforhold i perfekt stand og personalet var yderst hjælpsomme med vejledning om hotel og omgivelser. Morgenmad super. Der kom konstant friske forsyninger så man skulle ikke vente på nogen ting. Og sådan kan jeg blive ved Vi (min kone og jeg) vil glæde os til at besøge Imperial Hotel igen."

"Check-in was slow. We were emailed with the opportunity to check-in online. It didn't work properly & we had to go through it all again when we arrived anyway. Rooms were nice & clean. We could hear the metro cars from our room but they didn't run through the night so it wasn't an issue for us. Breakfast good."
