"Our stay at the Westin Reserva Conchal was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable experience. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and there was always something to enjoy, whether we wanted to relax, take in the beautiful surroundings, or participate in the resort’s activities. The service was outstanding,...

"Amazing place"

"This place is a little slice of heaven. Me and my husband absolutely fell in love with this place. From the amazing staff to the incredible food this place is the way to go. It’s more relaxed, family oriented. Perfect place to go and enjoy the beach in peace. The beach is just a very small walk from your room. We are already planning another visit in the future. We didn’t know what to expect our first time in Costa Rica but this place has got you covered. I’ll give Freddy’s Experiences a good...

"Thank you very much to all the staff! Great service!! I’d like to mention especially Andreina, from the Pimento Restaurant and all staff there! Awesome service!!!"

However, I never waited more than 10 minutes for a ride, even at 1 a.m. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and my room’s AC worked great. As a former military guy, I’m pretty easy to please: give me a clean room and cold air, and I’m...

". If you’re looking for a place to relax, unwind, and enjoy some downtime, this may be the place for you. However, the food was very disappointing. On my first night at the hotel, I met a couple who shared their experience with me. The first thing they told me was that the staff were not welcoming and that, if I planned to stay for a week and have a good time, I would need to lower my standards and expectations. Unfortunately, their comments raised concerns about the level of service, and I...

"Nice hotel, not very big. Food was ok but my friend got food poisoning at the hibachi."
