"I had a disappointing experience during my stay. We arrived around 9–10 PM, and the employee at the administration desk was rude at first. I understand that it was late, but guests should still be treated politely and respectfully. Also, when I entered the property, I noticed that the blankets had a lot of hair on them, which made me feel they had not been properly washed before being used again. I am allergic to dust, and I could also smell a lot of dust in the room. Cleanliness and hygiene...

"Lovely time and perfect t location!"

"I would recommend visiting the pool deck and taking in the view from the hot tub or lounge chair. It was my favorite part of the stay."

"Great location & good service. Bathrooms need some updating. Overall stay was good."

"Nice rooms and very nice pool and hot tub. Good price overall"

"Newly remodeled, clean room, fun lobby, decent breakfast."

"Our room was clean, well organized. We had a great view of the mountains. Front desk people were nice and helpful. Continental breakfast was good and plenty of choices. Guy at front desk was on top of things and refilled whatever was asked right away. My family enjoyed our stay and we will return."

"A nice quaint hotel very well maintained. Front office staff was amazing. My kid really enjoyed the s’mores in the evening and the breakfast in the morning. Will stay there again when the next opportunity."

"Great hotel, right at the base of the adventure park fun pool for the kids free breakfast"

"Dislikes were not bad. Our fireplace had issues and they were helpful in getting it working, but it was only a brief fix. NBD really. Outside lights by our room were not on at night, so not ideal for safety. Hot tub was warm, not too hot. I assume it's harder to keep hot when 25 degrees out. Dinner in restaurant was good but small portion. Loved the room, kitchenette/bar, very spacious. Staff was very nice and helpful. View from room was fantastic of the first snow of season on mountain...

"Could use better training in the entertainment dome. Inconsistent service, no real vibe, had to ask to be serviced a few times. Really nice people just seemed inexperienced."
