Pet-friendly Hotels in Colombia from AED 234

"Loud and noise. This is the second time i had the same experience. Next door guests were loud after 11:00pm. I called the front desk, they suppose to send the “security people” to check the situation. After half and hour the issue continue even louder. I called again around midnight, requesting to be moved to another room. They asked me to go to the front desk to pickup the key. The staff/lady stated that “they can’t disturb the guest, that it wasn’t nothing that they could do to resolve the situation. I have used this hotel for years, next time i will book directly with the next door hotel."

"The breakfast was amazing, everyone was very kind and helped me with my needs. The restaurant on the rooftop it was excellent and the service was amazing. There was a total of 12 people and they did an amazing job. "

"Location was great right near the beach area, roof top pool was perfect in the morning. Buffet was great with plenty of variety! Staff was wonderful and rooms were clean and cool a nice escape from the intense heat 😄"

"Estoy embarazada, llegue de un vuelo internacional usualmente siempre me hospedo en este hotel porque debo hacer escala, pero al llegar a hacer el check in habian dos buses de pasajeros de avianca que debian ubicar en el hotel y nadie pregunto si habian personas con reserva yo le pregunte a un funcionario del hotel y me dijo que debia esperar, nadie me quizo ayudar inclusive intente llamar escribir por whatsapp no es justo cuando yo tenía reserva y los demas los debian re ubicar, casi $100 usd en una reserva de una noche, para este trato y poca empatia para mujeres embarazadas, fue decepcionante"

"Punctual airport shuttle operates every half hour. Hotel staff is at arrivals Gate 1 to greet you. Room is very clean, but small. Breakfast starts at 5am and is very comprehensive and is free. Great value for money."
