"The hotel is very basic. The room lacks soundproofing, which means we hear every outside sound. At breakfast, only the fruit was tasty. The service from the breakfast staff is good. They are attentive and serve you quickly. The advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the Berat bus station."

"The team at Pupa Winery is exceptional! We stayed with them for 5 days and boy, were we lucky. A vineyard and winery tour with tasting is included in the price and what a blast! We had so much fun, we stayed on and had a beautiful dinner and made friends. The owners and the team are warm and friendly. Breakfast was traditional Berati with a spread of fresh fruits, vegetables, olives, cheeses and even petula made to order!
If I have to complain, the WiFi is weak in the room but itās so easy to...

"Hana and her son Nedim took excellent care of us. The rooms are spotless. Breakfast plentiful and the best part. The AC was awesome. Breakfast on the terrace was nice. And personal. Although no dedicated parking. Very easy to find some on streets around the guest house. Highly recommend. Easy access to everything. Walkable and quiet area. "

"Nice hotel which we chose because of the parking - large and very convenient.
The staff is very friendly. Even though check out is in 11 they told us we can stay longer and didnāt specify exact time.
Because we like to walk the distance to the ācity centerā or more to say old town was also okay (approx 20-25min).
When we check out in 11:30 they asked us if we want breakfast even though it was written 7-10 o clock. Service was good!
Only complaint which is not for the hotel and their fault...
