"Leider war meine Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel sehr enttĂ€uschend. Nach einer anstrengenden 13-stĂŒndigen Busreise kam ich gegen 23:00 Uhr im Hotel an und wollte mich einfach nur ausruhen. Ich zeigte meine BuchungsbestĂ€tigung an der Rezeption vor, doch der Mitarbeiter behauptete, dass keine Reservierung vorhanden sei bzw. dass die Buchung nicht bezahlt wurde.
Er teilte mir mit, dass er den Manager kontaktieren wĂŒrde, doch dieser war zunĂ€chst nicht erreichbar. Ich musste etwa eine halbe Stunde warten,...
