"It’s a nice room and has good amenities. The only thing is they don’t give enough towels. They give you 2 large towels and a towel rug. If they would give 2 small towels for hand drying that would be a lot better. "

"El sábado 9 de mayo 2026 Desde que llego hacer check in. Ya habia problemas. No servía el elevador. Yo viajé con mi madre invalida y ni como subir escaleras. Nos pidieron tiempo segun ya estaban arreglando el elevador y nada. Como las 9pm nos dieron un cuarto en otro hotel. Camas muy chicas. Si hubiese manera de que reembolsaran ese día. Pues prácticamente se perdió en esperar y no descansamos bien. Pueden comunicarse al hotel que yo había rentado para que confirmen todos los inconvenientes que tuvimos. Gracias "
