"Used “free airport/hotel shuttle” as my search filter. I chose this hotel and called two days before check-in to coordinate my pick-up from the airport. The representative told me to call the morning before I checked in to inform them of my flight arrival time. I did as he said and the representative I spoke with that day said they had no shuttles available. One of the amenities they had listed on their hotel was 24-hour free airport shuttle, this was a shock and disappointment. I demanded...
