"We are a family of four, with two college-age children, and had a wonderful stay at the Samovar. We stayed in one of the family rooms, which was perfect for us (with two beds in a spacious upstairs loft). The hotel is perfectly located -- literally across the street from the Dailles gondola (and only about a block from the funicular to the summit). "The hotel was in a perfect location, right by the lake with a lovely walk by the lake to the old Town. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was superb with amazing fresh bread, you could smell from the 5th floor. The restaurant staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself was a lovely space to have a leisurely breakfast "
