"Nice hotel"

"The views were beautiful a little noisy sliding doors need fixing fir wind and noise but either wise an amazing stay thank you 😊"

"This place is very nice clean and unique. The staff are super friendly and sweet. Great location, 2 minutes walk to the beach. We love the breakfast here . Very satisfied stay!"

"Room was not ready, told I'd would get a text and by 3.30pm I went to the front desk and asked what's happening I've got no text, they forgot. Room key given and by this the time we got in there was no dipped strawberries, champagne and cake on arrival as requested few days earlier. Bathtub was muddy brown water for ages and bathroom sick was explosive and spraying water everywhere."

"We stayed here for our honeymoon and would absolutely stay here again. Perfect place to stay if you are visiting Sydney, as it is in the heart of the city and in walking distance to most of the landmarks and ferries. Amazing staff, very clean, and the views are 10/10."

"Beautiful view of the harbour and city skyline. Bed was comfortable, pillows were okay a bit flat. Could hear other guests quite loudly walking by and talking but room was very clean, well maintained and staff friendly. Short walk to north Sydney train station, very convenient."

"We liked the room, an despite the noise from the streets etc we slept soundly. The Breakfast room was very busy, queues to get a table, and difficult to move about because of the congestion. Perhaps an area for adults only would help as there were a lot of children running around. We did not find it very pleasant to eat. However, the choice of food was excellent."

"The view from balcony was good. Staff was good. Very noisy place though, you will hear everytime the lift opens, trolly dragging, bags moving, definitely not soundproof walls. There was a big cockroach on the floor at night. Not very impressed . No microwave facility in the room, when we callled the reception to ask if reheating food available, they said they will charge $10 to use the microwave. I mean, come onnnn."

"Loved it"

"Overall Good"

"Sadly my stay was riddled with problems hence the rating. The blind broke the first time I used it, the clock alarm was preset without me knowing so woke me at 1am, the bed was sagging (so deeply uncomfortable). There were so many strands of long black hair left on the floor of the bathroom (I'm blonde), and I was placed next to a family with toddlers who's bedtime routine was to leave them to scream for 2 hrs each night from 10pm to 12am whilst they went to the bar for drinks. "The hotel food was great!"

"It would have been nice to have known about the construction directly across the road and on the corner the noise was unbearable being woken up by a jack hammer at 7am and the lack of amenities within the hotel was shocking and not worthy of 5 star and the staff were rude from the moment I checked in and a guest on a level above was smoking on the balcony not great for my chronic asthma and lung issues"
