"朝食で名古屋名物も食べられてよかったです"

"Clean room, kind employees. And I loved breakfast there. Buffet at 1st floor and Japanese at 2nd floor"

"The room was very clean and staff refilled amenities daily. The air conditioning was strong. The staff were helpful and proficient in English. Hotel location is in a desirable spot downtown. Tourist attractions and shopping areas are within walking distance or accessible through bus or train."

"We had a nice stay! The location was excellent, just a 5–10 minute walk from the entrance of Kyoto Station which made our day trip to the Nakasendo Trail very convenient. There were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which was a big plus. Both our room and the hotel were spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed having hotel pajamas, which were a nice touch, as well as a small fridge and kettle in the room. Another convenient feature was...

"静かで良かったです。"

"Everything was so awesome"

"Room is spacious"

"眺めも良く、快適に過ごせました。"

"The hotel had a restaurant with decent food and also provided water and coffee / tea which was appreciated. Having a convenient store right next door was a bonus. The amenities and room were great. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The staff was very helpful. In particular, the breakfast served in the morning was excellent and the atmosphere in the restaurant was serene, just what one would want in the morning. Wonderfully relaxing music was played and the waitresses prompt. The food buffet gave lots of options and food was excellent."

"Great service and room was excellent."

"1泊で利用させていただきました。地下鉄栄駅からも近く利便性の高い施設でした。アメニティーも充実しており、無料のコーヒーはありがたかったです。コンビニのローソンが併設されているのも良かった。歓楽街からも少し離れているため、夜中まで賑わう過去に利用したホテルと異なり環境は良かった。バスルームの床に埃や小さなゴミが残ったままだったのが残念でした。また機会があれば利用させていただきます。"

"部屋が綺麗で気持ちが良かった"

"9hours is always good for just a day or two stay. I was a little disappointed there was no common area outside the pods. You could sit in the cafe, but only if you paid for a drink but otherwise you would just have to sit in your pod. Other than that, I had a great time. Check in was simple and it was very clean. The location is right next to the train station and very easy to get to."

"Clean, good service, you won't think it is close to the station if you have big luggage."

"部屋が狭かったのと、全体的に古さが目立った。"
