Palace Hotel good quality at Garda lake

Palace hotel is a great place for relaxing at the Garda lake and still in a quiet area. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The garden and pool area are very nice and clean.

Really appreciated this stay, well positioned along the lake and near Sirmione! Hotel is nice, the pool is however quite cold, bedrooms are big with a big balcony as well, I recommend this hotel for the price!

Il Nostro Viaggio di Coppia e Dust il Nostro Micio

Noi e già la terza volta che abbiamo alloggiato in questo splendido Hotel, solamente che questa volta, con un aggiunta di un "familiare" in più ,ovvero, il Nostro Micio Dust. Che trall' altro è stato la mascottte del Personale e degl' Ospiti del Hotel. Riguardo il Personale sempre Molto Cordiale, Gentile e pronto a sodisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Stanze ben curate e sopratutto ben pulite. Con l' occasione volevamo ringraziare la Sig. Catia e la Sua collega , che purtroppo non sappiamo il Nome, per la Disponibilità avuta nel attendere per pulire la Nostra stanza, la numero 182, Riguardo la Reception, Molto preparate/i a qualsiasi domanda. Colazione ecccellente e moto abbondante.La Spa è avvolgente e ti fà sentire coccolato. Le ragazze dei massaggi molto professionali e Gentilissime dall' accoglierci fino a fine massaggio. Ritorneremo a Marzo per un altro Meraviglioso weekend.

Il punto forte è la piscina riscaldata con idromassaggio all'ultimo piano dell'hotel con veduta lago.Veramente meravigliosa.La camera confort è grande e spaziosa.Il bagno con vasca/doccia è super accessoriato.Mi è piaciuta molto anche la colazione con una vastissima scelta sia di dolce che di salato.Peccato che avendo soggiornato per Capodanno non ho potuto usufruire della bellissima piscina in giardino e utilizzare le biciclette che danno a noleggio.Ritornerò sicuramente quest'estate per trascorrere altre 3 notti da favola.Grazie Hotel Palace per bellissimo soggiorno.

Staff were friendly, location was ok if you have a car. I recommend staying closer to Sirmione. Air conditioning didn't work for the first few days of our stay and had to be controlled by reception's night staff. Had to pay extra to have a bottle of wine taken up to our room. Reception were great to call us taxis, but the taxis weren't consistent. Sometimes the taxi to Sirmione charged $15 euro whereas other times we were charged $31 euro. No restaurant on site either. I would say an excellent 3 star hotel but definitely not a 4 star.

Pleasant hotel with fabulous roof pool and cocktai

A pleasant hotel, not the newest with a couple of tired features, e.g. in the bathroom. It was very clean, though, with comfortable rooms with lovely balconies and comfy modern beds. We had nice quiet rooms overlooking the garden. The heated pool on the roof with a fabulous view of the lake and mountains as great. All staff were fantastic, friendly and quick. We enjoyed the bikes that the hotel rents out at a low rate. Breakfast buffet was generous and set in the pleasant conservatory. The feature e enjoyed most, however, was the bar and the outstanding cocktails created by the Hotels long-standing excellent and very professional barkeeper. Try the smoked Negroni, for example!
