Was a little noisy on the streets, but one should expect this in a downtown, especially on a Saturday night. Parking was not an issue for us, but a little planning is needed for luggage drop off and vehicle logistics. "

"The prioperty was exactly as described. Very spacious, clean and a great value for the price. The location was excellent as we needed to be in downtown Des Moines. The only negative at all was the sketchy feel to the neighborhood. The Bodega next to the property entrance always had a number of people milling around day and night, and there was a Police presence there several times which made us wonder. We had no problems personally. "

"Comminication was great! We had a couple little hiccups along the way, but she resolved everything quickly. I also made a couple little suggestions on small amenities that we felt would have made our stay even better. She seemed very open to our suggestions, and vowed to include them in the future. It was a very central location to our event, and I loved how easy it was to get in and out of the place, and to other places in the Des Moines area. We already plan on booking it for our stay...

"My stay was nice the only complaints I can think of is that the where not swept well and some of the dishes where a little dirty but all in all i had a nice stay."

"It was a great location to stay at!! Enjoyed the views, enjoyed the sirens at 2 in the morning! (I am a firefighter) the room was very nice there was a few strands of hair or not fully clean dishes which didn’t bother me I just washed them and moved on. I did not get to use the amenities, as the person before me kept the key fob, but was not a big deal overall I do recommend the location!! I will for sure stay in the future!!"
