The place was disgusting first of all. I expected something on the lower side due to the price but it smelled like fried food and looked like horrible. The door to the room did not lock, the tv did not have any channels available and the lamps were all dysfunctional. The front desk was not much help and I had to be moved to another room that would have cost less but they refused to change to price even though they moved me because the door didn’t lock.

Price and price only. The gentleman that checked us is in had very behavior with zero customer service skills. Mold in shower, burn marks on carpeting. The hotel is not in a great area and the door leading into the main hallway was broken allowing anyone access.

The young kady that checked us in was very kind. However we did not need a key card as the door to our room just pushes right open. It has a deadbolt for while we are in the room, it was just odd.

This property is absolutely disgusting. The rooms were barley clean, and it smelt like it was a smoker hotel. In addition, the door latch was broken, their were bugs in the room, and the water in the shower did not turn off. Would not recommend.

This property was chosen because this was a last minute trip, and I needed an inexpensive place to stay. The 1st room I was in had a broken air conditioner. I informed the front desk, who seemed annoyed. I moved to a different room, that AC also didn't work, yet was cooler than the first room. The AC was set to 60 degrees, where it remained through my stay in that room, and it never shut off (nor did it cool that far). Additionally, room #2 was in a different building, WiFi in that building was non-functional. Day 2-I told the front desk in the morning of the malfunctioning AC, and the WiFi issues. They said they would get them fixed. I went to the conference I came for, and returned to find nothing fixed. I again told the front desk, who said they would get maintenance to fix the AC, and the WiFi would be addressed. I saw no change that night, nor anyone attempting to fix anything. Day 3- I talked to the front desk about the issues, who again said they would get them addressed. I returned to the room after the conference only to find the same issues existing. I informed the front desk again, who again said maintenance would be over to fix the AC, and someone would fix the WiFi. Yet again, no change. Day 4-I told the front desk in the morning about the issues, they claimed to have never heard about them, but would fix them. When I got back, again no change. Finally got moved to a different room, with working AC and WiFi for my last night.

Needs big time update

Hotel needs to updated andlots of improvements. Two ladies at the desk didn't help till the one on the phone got off. No acknowledgement from any of them when I came to the front desk. Drywall holes everywhere.
