We enjoyed staying here when we were in town for a wedding in Lakewood. It was conveniently located to everything we needed. The place was clean, and the host was very accommodating!
So fun and spacious, great location. I loved the pool table. I appreciate the host had great restaurant recommendations. Looking forward to visiting red rock again.
Location is so close to downtown Denver Red Rocks, stores and great restaurants.
Owner was responsive and spot on with recommendations. We would stay again and recommend to family and friends.
This was a great place to stay! Host was responsive and kind. My only gripe is that there wasn't a microwave to heat up leftovers from meals out. That said, everything else was perfect!
A walkway to the stairs. A kitchenette would be ideal but a coffee machine and microwave would be good.
We missed having a kitchen sink.

Wasn’t the best stay, if I’m being honest. They had all of the vents closed when we arrived, and since it was in the high 90’s that weekend, the place was very hot. We opened the vents but it didn’t cool down until the evening. Also - I don’t think it was falsely advertised - but you’re definitely sharing a house with other people. It’s simply a bed in a basement, with a locked door at the top of the stairs. We could hear every step from the people upstairs. During our second night, whoever was staying upstairs came in around 2am and made so much noise. It sounded like people were partying, and we were kept up for an hour in the middle of the night (we had a 8am flight too). I’m not sure if this is the norm, but based on our stay, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
This property was lovely! Very clean, spacious and great communication with owner. There are a few things to be aware of if staying here. This does not have a separate temperature control… you are controlled by the house upstairs. Also the bathroom, although beautiful and clean, has no place to put your personal items. No counter space or drawers, making it difficult to get ready for the ladies! You do have to walk through the grass and through a gate and enter through the back yard. Difficult in snow/ice. Overall, I would recommend this location.

Clean but Inadequate
Clean, spacious and quiet but lacked even basic amenities. The entry was on uneven lawn and after recent back surgery, I could barely get to the door. No internet, no cups or glasses or silverware, no microwave to even make a cup of tea. TV did not work. No table or luggage rack for suitcases. Stained towel. High top table very unstable. We've done many vrbo and this was absolutely the most disappointing.
This place was not as advertised at all. The entire neighborhood was full of dogs that bark all night long, there were bugs in the bathroom and common area, and there was food left out from the previous resident. It is a furnished basement, with cheap furniture and appliances. The people who live there also have a dog that they want you to help take care of and constantly tries to escape through the gate. There was noise coming from upstairs constantly and music playing all day. This is NOT an escape or vacation place, it is basically a downstairs area that is poorly maintained and the upstairs residents are unprepared for residents and extremely clueless.
My wife and I stayed at this wonderful spacious place and it was almost to nice for what we needed given the space and pool table. We saw a concert at red rocks and it was a short east drive to and from the concert. We would def recommend staying here as a home base in Denver for trips to boulder, ft collins and any type of red rocks adventures! Property manager was excellent. We would stay here again.
Great location, beautiful clean suite, with all the necessities. I definitely enjoyed my stay, host were friendly and helpful, check in went smoothly. The location was close enough to experience the city, with various dining options close by. Furthermore their pool table was definitely a big hit to pass the time. I definitely recommend this stay!
