Lovely stay. The unit has a great layout with a very functional small kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and large tub/shower. Great natural light and lots of light fixtures for evening illumination. Good communication with the owner and a prompt response to the one question I had. I will absolutely book this space if it's available on my next trip to Denver.

Loved the decor, easy check in/out directions and quick responses from the host! Neighborhood was safe enough for a run in the morning and close enough to walk to food and shops! Great little spot close to everything. Historic town of Sunnyside was just right before and after the 3-day music festival we were in town for. Gannon was available when we reported a slow drain, and it was fixed by the time we got back. Great stay, great host, great time!!

Fantastic property that is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. It was perfect, including location, for our weekend stay in Denver. Nice touches were found to enhance the stay, like a full-size ironing board / iron and a large umbrella that we definitely needed! Would definitely stay again.

The VRBO was lovely- the kitchenette has everything you need. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very updated. Gannon was the right level of responsive without being invasive. Sunnyside was a cute, quiet neighborhood but very close to the action. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
