Great location within easy access to the airport. Easy check-in. Clean and spacious room. Good air-con. Clean and well-presented throw-out our stay. The food was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. The quiet adults only pool was lovely and peaceful and we were well looked after by their team of staff. The architecture of this hotel is mind blowing. From the entrance tunnel, to the gigantic reception lobby, everything is unique and makes you feel in a pretty exclusive place. The room was perfect - very spacious, clean, and with more than we expected- e.g the “closet & powder room”. The outside spaces with the lush vegetation made it perfect!

Wished we could’ve had more time at The Meru as it was at the end of our stay in Bali. The hotel was exceptional and luxurious. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful, from porters, reception, wonderful personal concierge type service at check-in with a tour of the facilities and room, the fabulous breakfast buffet, dining and poolside staff, even the cleaning staff you’d meet in the hallways were so friendly. The location at the end of the boardwalk closer to the Sanur Port was quiet and the beachfront unobstructed by restaurants. Free 2 hour bike hire enabled you to cruise along and check out other spots, dining or shopping. The hotel and garden are beautiful, very grand and amenities, room, dining and service all 5 star plus great for families too. What a treat to have stayed, hope we can come back.

This was the last stop on my two week stay in Bali. The resort is beautiful, with top-notch eco friendly finishes. Stunning pool and a quiet/ clean beach. My suite was spacious and luxurious, couldn’t ask for more. Received a warm welcome from the time l arrived. Ade, Bas and Fal were the Resort Ambassadors that provided commendable hospitality during my stay. Not forgetting all the restaurant staff. Actually, all the staff that l interacted with were kind, warm and respectful. I even had time to enjoy a delightful spa treatment. A special thank you to everyone for making this a special birthday experience. Will definitely recommend.

Waited 2 hours for the check in as room not ready. We only get the room at 5pm. Waited in arrival lounge but they didn’t have much left offer food and didn’t top up the cup for the drink. Check out also confusing as they’re about to charge extra when I have left the hotel. The hotel apologies for late check in and gave us free dinner for our group as we had 4 rooms booked with Expedia and other travel agent. It’s a nice gesture but pls improve the communication between staff at front desk. They kept giving wrong information. Love the private pool in the Meru site but the breakfast is a bit boring after 3 nights stay. The area are superb which easy walk to the shopping centre and restaurants by the beach.
