The staff was very kind. They have many people working hard at this hotel to make sure it is clean and enjoyable. You can get your laundry done as well - for a reasonable price - and there is a very nice restaurant right at the hotel with food at affordable prices. It is a grand place - nice rooms, a pool, good staff...and it does not cost a huge amount to book a room. Go for it!

We came to Denpasar to go to the Bali museum and see the city that does not have many tourists. Denpasar was nice and it was good to not have many touristy things to do - we enjoyed walking around and seeing the locals living their lives. The hotel was opposite the Denpasar Festival which we did not know about but were pleasantly surprised, and it was lovely. We were also near the Badung market and we enjoyed the Sunday local market. The hotel is an old building that needs renovation and a paint job. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, meaning there is mould everywhere and a strong smell. The rooms are a bit rundown, but the lobby is quite nice as is the pool. The staff were lovely and tried their best to help us. The rooms are large and insulate well, meaning we did not need air conditioner because it was nice and cool inside.

Great value in Denpasar

I spent two nights here and enjoyed my stay. The location is great as it is very easy to walk to The Bali Museum and the city center. The staff were friendly. The room was large and comfortable. The bed was comfortable for sleeping and it was quiet also. The wifi worked well and the pool and grounds were clean. One can get a breakfast in their restaurant for 50K rp which was fulfilling. I would stay here again and recommend.

Black mould - avoid

The location is central but thats were the postives end. My room was atrocious, the bathroom ceiling was covered in black mould and had major water damage, no hot water in shower rusty taps, rusty dity mini fridge, room not properly cleaned. Mould all round the property. It was cheap but I stayed at cheaper places in bali that were much nicer and better maintained.

J’ai passé un bon séjour à l’hôtel Inna Héritage qui est l’un des hôtels les plus anciens de la ville m’a-t-on dit. La chambre était spacieuse, la literie confortable (j’ai noté que le matelas venait de Belgique ☺️) et qui en prime dispose d’une piscine. Le personnel était au petit soins et la nourriture du restaurant de l’hôtel était bonne. En somme, un bon hôtel si vous êtes de passage à Denpasar

Quiet downtown Denpasar experience

Historical property, nice and clean pool, courteous staff, spacious room and functional layout. We wanted to experience ‘real Denpasar life’ so moved here from touristy area but it was very hard for us to find anything to see in the area, bad sidewalks. Ok for a couple days but definitely not ideal for too long unless you’d scooter or drive around. Can improve: a lot of mosquitoes, inner of pillows old and dirty, bathtubs stained and dated

A great historical place to stay in Denpasar.

We loved our stay here. The price was great, buffet breakfast was good, the rooms were clean & housekeeping done daily. The restaurant served delicious meals with awesome prices. The staff were amazing, very friendly & helpful. The location was close to everything. The history of the hotel alone made the stay worthwhile. We would definitely come back & stay again.

Pretty good hotel, with friendly staff

The hotel is pretty well placed in Denpasar, with friendly and helpful staff. The place was reasonably clean, however the room clearly showed the age of the Hotel. Especially the bathroom could use a renewal. However for the price of the room, it really isn't too big of a deal.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very quiet and spacious, good breakfast with variety of different food. The shower and fridge are a bit old but considering the price it’s ok. Really good value for money . Would be happy to stay there again.

The Inna Bali Heritage Hotel is a very comfortable, centrally located hotel with a good included breakfast. It may not have it's former luster - but it is a tremendous value and is excellent for those who are out and about or are looking for a place to stay upon arrival at the airport.

Très bien pour Denpasar

Séjour satisfaisant. Belle architecture. Chambres un peu vieillottes mais confortables sans plus. Belle piscine mais pas assez de sièges autour. Petit déjeuner correct mais plats pas toujours assez chauds. Personnel aimable. Le seul quartier vivable de Denpasar.
