"Lobby was ice cold! Terrible 1st impression! Felt bad for the clerk sitting there in her hat, mittens and coat! Room warmed up. Also, when I made the reservation in advance there was nothing about the $100 credit card deposit."

"Was woken approximately 4 am by a steady stream of doors slamming repeatedly. I thought I was in another world. I was informed these are nearby contractors. Apparently their mama’s never installed any manners to not slam doors out of courtesy at 4 am. Ask to not be placed on the 2nd floor if you must stay here. "

"This is a great cozy home to relax at in Mystic. Close enough to restaurants and shopping, but just outside of town on a quiet street. My wife and I enjoyed the home for a long winter weekend sitting by the fire place and enjoying the relaxation. The owner was great with communication and even surprised us with treats for a warm weekend. We highly recommend this home any time of the year. "
