"The hotel was fine, but were confused by the hotel check-in in the west and east buildings. Did it matter? Also, the casino was poorly staffed and bathrooms were disgusting."

"Everything about our stay was fantastic. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. Our room was clean and very quiet which was surprising considering where hotel is located. We ate dinner at Moxies (delicious) and then walked over to Rogers Arena for a concert. Checking out was super quick and easy. I did deduct one star from the review and that is because of the elevators and the Parkade. There are two small elevators that are VERY slow. Now I understand that we were there during a very busy time but due to my disability I needed the elevator and sometimes you'd wait a loooong time. Also the elevator opens up directly into Moxies and there was a big line up to get in so trying to navigate elevator was awful. Also the parkade was dark, full of cobwebs and caution tape was up all around.... Not the most inviting. I will definitely stay here again (when I am able to use stairs again😂)."

"Beds and pillows in poor condition. Sheets were clean. Towels were worn but clean. Bathroom had been updated but rest of unit in need of paint, updating. Property generally in poor condition. We were on main floor, guests above us very noisy and no one at the office to assist overnight. Reasonable prices but would not stay again if conditions not improved."
