Whether in the area for a short or extended stay this is a great alternative to a typical hotel room. This second-floor spacious room has its' own private bathroom. The room features a queen size bed with a comfort mattress, an eight-drawer dresser, double door closet, two nightstands, a pair of Victorian style sitting chairs, an overhead ceiling fan and a new 43” Samsung smart television. You will have access to the common areas of the home for added comfort.

When you stay here you will feel like you are stepping back in time, yet you will have all of today’s modern conveniences. Experience staying in a bed and breakfast that boasts the craftsmanship of another era. Enjoy access to the main living rooms, multiple dining areas, a beautiful veranda area for relaxing, a fully equipped kitchen and coin operated laundry facilities.

Complimentary coffee, tea & water is available during your stay 24/7 in our main dining room. We offer daily a complimentary continental breakfast to help you start your day. The breakfast includes eggs, yogurts, cereals, fresh breakfast breads & jams, fresh fruits, milk, juices and assorted coffees & teas. The continental breakfast is available between 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

The guesthouse is on a remote activated keyless system. Once your reservation is confirmed you will be able to access the property on the day of your arrival on your own and at your convenience. Each private room is accessed via a keyless system as well.

The Victorian house was the perfect place to stay. We grew up in Delphos Ohio in that neighborhood so we had a great trip down memory lane. We enjoyed our stay very much & would definitely go back for another family reunion. Thanks for making us feel welcome.Diane
