The property is in a very centralized location. The room was nice with the exception of a bit of bad caulking around the shower area. The shower head did not have much pressure and needs to be replaced.

They should lower their prices for this hotel. Needs lots of updates hotel its pretty old and has a very bad smell. I had to cansel booking and find another hotel.

First room had clog shower moved to a horrible room downstairs was old smell to humidity i did ask to be moved but the lady at the desk told us to wait till the afternoon see if anything gets available ,we endup leaving one day earlier.

Horrible lugar

Es un lugar muy descuidado, sucio. Falta de mantenimiento en habitación y baños. Cucarachas muertas en la recepción, recipiente de jabon en regadera vacio. Lo mas grave los extintores en pasillos VENCIDOS dese el 2021. Ese lugar se murio con el COVID19 y no se dieron cuenta. Igual que las autoridades de Delicias. Dos opciones o no tiene plan de contingencias y consiguiente Licencia de funcionamiento municipal o las leyes del Estado de chihuahua no valen en el Municipio de Delicias. Que lastima.

Llegue a hacer check in a las 7pm y me dijeron que por llegar despues de las 6pm habia perdido mi reserva, y me dejaron asi sin mas sin habitación, en ninguna parte de la reserva mencionan esa "política". Claro que fue pesima experiencia llegar con mi bebe y maletas y todo para que nos dejaran en la calle. ¿Cual es el punto de utilizar esta plataforma para reservar con anticipación, si el hotel al final negara el hospedaje si no llegas antes de las 6pm? Afortunadamente encontré disponibilidad en el hotel de enfrente y a mejor precio.
