Cozy place to stay

I stayed recently at this hotel On 4th feb 2015. The hotel exceeded my expectation. It was very comfortable and very nice interiors.

Pathetic & Despicable stay at Tivoli Cittitel

Pathetic, despicable. Hotel staff did not have the room key. Room wasn't ready. Front Office executive, Mr. Jitendra was quite unruly stating he doesn't want to talk to me. The hotel F&B person also mentioned of not having milk in the hotel hence needs to get it from outside. TV cable modem was changed twice and even then the T.V. wasn't working. I had to go and get the same sorted. The electricity seemed to cut off in my room , whereas the other rooms still had electricity.The room wasn't done up properly at all.
