Pathetic, despicable. Hotel staff did not have the room key. Room wasn't ready. Front Office executive, Mr. Jitendra was quite unruly stating he doesn't want to talk to me. The hotel F&B person also mentioned of not having milk in the hotel hence needs to get it from outside. TV cable modem was changed twice and even then the T.V. wasn't working. I had to go and get the same sorted. The electricity seemed to cut off in my room , whereas the other rooms still had electricity.The room wasn't done up properly at all.
